The leading Expandable polystyrene (EPS) manufacturer in India and a reliable partner in the EPS sector. By utilizing our many years of experience with EPS processing, we were able to launch EPACK Petrochem Solutions. Our main objective was to build a state-of-the-art EPS raw material manufacturing facility that would supply processors all over the world with premium raw materials. Our innovative facility has the newest machinery and technology, guaranteeing a significant production capacity. Fully automated and controlled by a centralized DCS system, the factory maintains safe and uniform production standards while essentially eliminating human error. Our procedures incorporate strict quality control measures, and our state-of-the-art process control laboratory meticulously tests our products at every stage of manufacturing. Our infrastructure, which is ideally situated in Gujarat’s Dahej Industrial Estate, provides logistical benefits that make it possible for EPS to be supplied to clients seamlessly not just in India but also internationally. Our Future Goals

Further expansion: 4 New Manufacturing Facilities by 2022-23.

In the financial year 2022-23, EPACK Group would invest close to Rs 450 crores in the construction of four new manufacturing facilities around the country. The group is investing in setting up of An Integrated Room Air Conditioners & Small Home Appliances manufacturing plant at Sri City, Andhra Pradesh.

The addition of these plants will allow the company to further expand its presence across the country and solidify its status as a market leader not just in thermocol but in all EPS segments.

Revenue Projections

The group is all set to achieve a revenue of around Rs 2,300 Crores (USD 290 million) by the end of the current financial year (2022-23) and Rs 5,000 crores (USD 520 million) by the year 2025-26.
